High idle, new IAC
Alright guys, so I had a problem with my car running rich, replaced my EGR, then my IAC went bad. Yea, one thing after another, like always.
So anyways, I replaced my IAC, and now my car is idling at just shy of 2k RPM's. I set the pintle position according to my chiltons, so I'm a bit lost now. Pintle position prior to installing was 1"

Check out the instructions. Last time i did one it said something about if the idle was too high it needs to be driven like 40 mph or something to reset things. Check it out.
