Engine misfire

Axle/Gears: 3.23
Engine misfire
So to start things off I have an 89 Iroc 5.0L 5spd w/180k on her. She started misfiring the other day; I checked the wires, did the whole unplug and replug injectors to see if that was the issue but it wasnt, any other ideas? I was thinking maybe fuel pump or something like that, again any help would be greatly appreciated!
Forgot to mention this, the injectors are BoschIII injectors that were installed 6months ago...

when you did the test on the injectors did you unplug the IAC. the IAC will compensate the idle speed if not disconnected. then check your timing.
