Transmission: 700-r4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
TPI Power Package ?
I have a 1990 firebird formula 350 ws6 , its all stock i'm going to do a high performance engine rebuild with new high performance intake, cam, heads, and pistons but I want to keep it as a TPI i don't want to convert to a carb. So what do yall recommend??? and if possible I want to buy it as a kit price range is under 2500 as far as parts and i want to gain at least 100 hp &torque

Not for $2500. You will need full exhaust, tuning, some drag radials for sure to get the extra power to the ground, and maybe even some suspension. Heads and cam will be at least $1500. An aftermarket TPI system will be at least $800-1000. So right there you've maxxed out your money.
Buying used parts, might be a better option.
