Oiling problems

Oiling problems
I rebuilt a 1985 305 TPI, swapped it out for an 1988 350 tpi that was in it, put it all together, started it up, and am getting no oil to the top end, and I am blowing the O-ring out of the oil filter. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on or what could cause this problem?
