Has anyone had a hard time removing runners?

I am trying to remove the tpi runners from the base manifold. i removed four bolts from each side two facing inward. Is there something else I am missing or are these always stuck on? So far I tried tapping it with a block of wood and hammer no success and dont want to dent or break them. Anyone elses runners this hard to remove?

Many have broken their runners before realising there is a bolt through the back from the opposite side under the plenum

I think he missed the long bolt on the very bottom in the center of the tubes.
