TPI 305 vs 350 Knock/ESC sensor/module question

I swapped from a 305 TPI setup to a 350 a few years ago but kept the 305 ESC module and the 305 knock sensor went into the 350 block, IIRC. I've read you should have the 350 sensors but if both are matched for a 305, how much would that affect performance on a 350? Are the 350 sensors a must? My 1/4 times have been very dissapointing and everything else on the car is checking out ok (fuel pressure, timing, etc), the only thing I can think of is if the sensors are affecting the timing, and/or the timing tables in the PROM not being ideal for the current setup.

Personally, I would change them. i did the same swap out. The major things to change out are the PROM, ESC module, Knock and Injectors. Everything else is interchangeable between 305 and 350.
