Trouble Code: 41

I have a 1991 Chevy Camaro Z28 and I keep getting trouble code 41. The car won't run and I would like to know what some possible causes could be for me to get trouble code 41

I checked and one list of trouble codes said that the tach signal was interrupted. The other said the prom could be bad. I have an aftermarket Prom. Where can I get a stock one?
