Try a search using "porting" or "ported" on what ever you're looking to port. There are many intake and head porting threads on this site.
"ported intake"

"ported heads"

Depends
You reach a point with stock heads / intake/etc where it is more economical to buy a bigger ( aftermarket ) piece that will flow more out of the box than continue porting a stock item.
Port matching and general clean up always recommended

Would depends on cost. By the time you pay someone to port for marginal? gains you can buy proven aftermarket piece
