Can not find it for sale anywhere... anyone know where to pick one up?

Go to the "HELP" (brand name) section in your auto parts store.
There should be a collection of vacuum nipples, boots, etc.
You can piece one together with some hard plastic vacuum line or you could just use a piece of silicone vacuum line.
Don't use rubber or nylon. They'll kink.
