l98 fuel pressure regulator problems
ok so i finally fixed my car two weeks of confusion and it all turned out to be a disgustingly dirty tank cleaned it all up car runs great now but now i cant adjust my fuel pressure regulator all the way loose its at 60psi all the way tight still 60psi cant figure it out could it just be dirty? lmk what you guys think any advice helps right now thanks

Time to open it up and have a look.Obviously something is holding it off the seat giving full pump pressure
