everyone seems to recommend the GM hotcam. then some minor porting to the heads and intake and exhaust system upgrades. you should be able to find links for all your questions from the home page.

i'm not sure if the stock plenum has the capacity for that kind of power. maybe with porting and larger runners. then a lot of tuning.
