Car: 1989 Chevy Camaro Iroc-Z
Engine: sb 350 with TPI
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: stock
high idle and no deceleration or small amount
hey i have tried to figure out this problem but have had no luck....if i start my car and drive it the idle its high around 2k when i get somewhere and go put it in park the idle rises to around 4k and i don't know why this is...also when i drive there is no deceleration when i let go of the pedal it just seems to be in cruise control...i have to tap the breaks to keep a constant speed...so i have no clue what the deal is so any help is appreciated

Throttle linkage sticking? Vacuum leak? bad IAC?
