coolent lines

okay guys i am wondering.. where is the return spot for the coolent line that comes off the water pump??? i want to block it off but for now i may just run it, i know it goes up into the throttle body/intake mani and then out the other side, then into the heater core and thru the oil cooler, but where does it come back into the rad?!? it doesnt make any sense to me...my plan is to just plug the port coming out of the waterpump housing and ONLY run an upper/lower rad hose...best i can make lol

Coolant goes into the waterpump ;it is the "return (suction) line"
You need to plug the outlet ( supply ) fitting on the intake as well

Re: coolent lines

you've got it all wrong buddy. It goes like this. From the upper driverside radiator to the intake manifold, intake manifold of course to the block, pump and right into the bottom passengerside of the radiator. The secondary route. from the front of the intake to the bottom of the throttlebody. From the passengerside of throttlebody to the heater core. From the heatercore to the small male fitting on the upper passenger side of the radiator. As for the oilcooler, I dont know for sure. If you wnat to eliminate the throttlebody section from recieving radiator fluid, there is a spot here in the "tech forum" in the home page.
