IROC dies after a burnout????
IROC dies after a burnout????
my 90 350 car is a good running car
runs good and smooth with only a few issues so far
it idles kinda high when first started and sometimes wants to die upon slowing down to idle
this is really noticed as u pull up to a stop sign to quickly or if you try to heat up tires.....
as soon as tires are heated up and u let of the gas to come to a slow roll it will fall down past idle and die unless u catch it with throttle and hold it around idle for a second....
any ideas felllas

Re: IROC dies after a burnout????
First things first if it's stalling, pull the codes to see if it's stored any codes... Don't just start throwing parts at it. If no codes it's time to start going over all the various adjustments and checking sensors to see if they are functioning properly. You'll see a lot of people throwing parts at a problem like this and not fixing the issue. It could be something minor and cheap to fix.
