hi, i want to put a cam in my 89 camaro 350 tpi, i have hooker shorty headers... ud pulleys... mild work in heads and custom y-pipe so.... this cam can help me... i have the stock iron heads....

I own a 91 bird 350 tpi. (L98). Ok, as far as a cam goes and keeping with the stock tune. You DO NOT want to go above a 220 duration @50. Also, you don't want to go above a 470 lift either. That is about the max on the stock springs. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CRN-104224 Check out that cam. That will work and give you no drivability problems with your motor. Also another cam that is said to work well is the L98 Supercam from TPIS. http://www.tpis.com/parts/view/82 Check out that cam too. Yeah, they are expensive, but they will work.
