Reinstalling the O2 sensor...any tips?

Engine: 5.0 LG4
Transmission: Auto
Reinstalling the O2 sensor...any tips?
It is a bear to get to. My hands are a bit too large...anyone have a tip or trick to screw the O2 sensor back in??? Was thinking that if I pull the left front wheel and get under it, might be easier. Would appreciate any thoughts. THANKS GUYS!!!
