So I flew out here yesterday to pick up my dream iroc. Got 50 miles down the road, stopped for a drink, got back in car...it wouldn't start!? Was running great. I think fuel pump went. I don't hear it run when I turn key on. Just wonderin if there are any members in area that have a repair shop? I'm at a garage now, but haven't yet figured out how reputable this guy is. Check the 20 amp fuse near the battery it's on a red wire that comes off the pos battery cable.

 

ya check fuses.. fuel pumps dont usually just die instantly... you hear noises and stuff first... trust killed mine... you can also check at the fuel pressure regulator to see if you getting ful there as well..

 

Got it goin!! Seems like the gas is really crappy and may have some crap in tank. After sitting over nite it started this morning but didn't have good fuel pressure. He checked filter and I told him to put a new one on. The gas dripping out of the filter was not pretty! On the road now trying to beat the rain back to pa! This car is mint and I'd hate to have to detail underside when I get home! Will try to get pics up this weekend thanx for the input guys!
