Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
setting time on 350 tpi
im sure this has been asked before. im setting timing on a 88 350 tpi. i know its 6 degrees before tdc but does the car have to be in drive to do this. i think this may be an issue. im hoping this may fix a few problems im having. any input would be good

Reconnect the EST and clear codes by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds.
