'87 Iroc 305 bored .40 over

I just found a 1987 Iroc Z28 Camaro, 305 TPI 5-speed for $3850 (the combination I've been looking for). The seller says that the tranny and engine were rebuilt, with the engine being bored .40 over. I know that the '87 305 5-speed is rated at 215HP, so my question is how much HP gain does the .40 provide, maybe 10-15HP at the most? From what I've read, boring the cylinders is mostly done to correct any cylinder wall imperfections but that a fresh rebuild and the bore over would add some HP gain also. Here's the link to the ad, I think it's a beautiful car: http://syracuse.craigslist.org/cto/1819603918.html

10-15 hp might be pushing it. It does not say how many miles are on it. Make sure you look at receipts for everything before you buy. He could just be blowing some bs to make someone buy it
