So today I decided to give my '85 iroc a tune up (spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil) and everything seemed fine so i took it for a little drive, then as the car started to warm up it started backfiring and almost stalled. I pulled over and let it sit for a minute, then after starting it back up I drove for about 10 minutes before it started backfiring again, but not as bad as it did before. I made it back to my house okay but as i went to back into my driveway my car stalled out. Im pretty new to tpi cars ( and this website) so Im not really sure where I should start troubleshooting this problem. Also as I took out the old spark plugs I found 3 different brands, 6 ac delcos, 1 champion, and 1 accel. And the old spark plug wires were missmatched to. Any advice would be appreciated..
