For stock, I would go 1.94 intake 1.50 exhaust and here's why.
The TPI system on our cars is not a high RPM screamer, and modified TPI (better base, runners, and FPR) has proven to be only a few hundred or so better than stock on the hp/tq curves. If you are simply bolting on a set of heads, nothing else (NOT reccomended BTW) I would go 1.94's.

If you are ultimately going to build the car, and this head swap is just all you can afford for now, go 2.02's. In the long run, there's no telling what induction system you will end up with (SR, MR, SuperRam, 1st fuel inj. etc.) and the 2.02's will then be able to be used more.

If it were me, I would get some headers and a better y-pipe AND a better catalytic converter before I bought heads. This will cost as much as heads and make some great power and sound. Later.
