Thoughts on why I keep setting a code 33

So I have a low miles MAF sensor on my car. I replaced the suspected stock/original unit 5 or 6 years ago and it probably has less than 10K miles on it. I am wondering why I keep setting a code 33. It has set when I go WOT. I have replaced the TPS as it was faulty. Have confirmed correct voltage at terminal C of the MASS AIR CONNECTOR.I am wondering what you guys have seen or run into in the past concerning this fault. I am leaning towards either a bad maf or maybe a wiring issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks fellas
