Hi all.
Build 383 SBC with TPI from 89" vette (and conversion to fuel injection with MAP only)
May heads have p/n 10088113.
Old guides in terrible condititon and i bay new with OD .50175" =1.27mm but guides in heads have outer diameter bigger, about ~1.37-1.4 mm (0.539 - 0.551") Can you help me where sell these guides.

p/s - nothing interesting found

 

Go to a machine shop, I had the same issue with some 113 heads. Just get bronze inserts put in.

 

But in Russia for new guides i must spend more 500$ - its terrible, new AFR heads 195cc i found 870$ on e-bay

Im not talking about new guides.
Im talking about bronze INSERTS.

They basically press in a bronze cylinder into your existing guide and hone it until its at specification.
