ok heres my prob.Just rebuilt and moded a 305 tpi engine.put edelbrock headers a crane 256 compu cam and a chip in it.I cant get her to idle less than 1200 and timing isnt right to me.1st off i put in a new iac,adjusted the tps and cleaned n checked butterflies all good.And as far as timing if i set her anywere between 6-10 base (with wire disconnected like supposed to) it acts retarded and lacks power.I have to give it almost 20 at base to get it to respond well.Has alot of power at the top end but sluggish at bottom n mid.Also put new stock injecters in it.I have not checked fuel press thats next on list but was hoping someone had any ideas.have a check engine light and its sayin o2 sensor which is new also.I disconnected maf while running and that just kills the car so im getting a response. anything guys??
