E85 Injector size

Trying to find out what size injectors I need to order to run that beautiful corn fuel.
Engine specs:
355 4 bolt, 1 piece rear main
Dart Pro1 Platinum 200 cc, 64cc chamber heads
HSR Intake, Holly 58mm TB
Comp XFI292 Hyd Roller cam

My spidey senses have told me somewhere close to 42 pounders, but I wanted to check with you guys.

Also, anyone got any recommendations as far as a tuning system. Everyone keeps leaning me to Megasquirt, but I gotta be honest, I've never messed with any of it yet. How simple is this to install?

I'm guessing you're shooting for around 500hp? That kind of power would want around 38-40lb injectors for gasoline, but E85 likes 30% more fuel so something more like 50lbs would be more appropriate.

To be honest, if it makes 400 to the tires, I'll be happy. Everyone I've talked to says I'm being a little conservative. Only dyno type simulator I've really plugged any numbers into is CamQuest6. Between 450-500 is what it's telling me.

I've had a similar setup to that in my car once and it put down 405rwhp and ran mid 11's, so that's what I was going off of.

put in the 65# siemens injectors, Ive had them on 3 different cars and they idle better than the 42# lucas injectors, plus if you decide to boost later you will be able to squeeze a little boost out of them. Plus they are cheap on ls1tech since all the boosted guys are ditching them for the new 79-120lb high impendance setups
