350 tpiwont run correctly please help
My 1986 iroc z had a 350 installed before i bought it but the car is now acting up. when in neutral the car revs up with plenty of power when i put it in drive{automatic btw} the engine has very little power and when i floor it the car bogs down and starts to try to cut off it has very litle power in gear but park it runs perfect, i crawled under my car to look around and noticed a vaccum line i think capped of right beside my transmition but dunno if this has anything to do with it or not, im running out of ideas , i already got the injectors cleaned and used the product seafoam to help the engine it did verylittle but make it sound better. please HELP me. im 18 and would love to start driving my camaro but am unsure if it is reliable enough yet.

Gonna assume its a 350 tpi
Check the fuel pressure, should be mid 35+ or - running, 40 ish with they key on car not running.
How old are the plugs wire cap rotor fuel filter (tune up stuff)?
2nd because of the car acting better cold and warm, you may have a bad module in the dist
That capped vaccume line comming out of thr trany is normal, its some kind of overflow/pressure relief...i forget excatly
