Surges at stoplights, backfires on decel
My 91 z surges when I'm stopped and in gear at stoplights. It also backfires a little on decelleration. Anyone know what my problem is? I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and thought maybe it's not Adjusted properly. What do you think?

Yeah, I beleive factory on the 91 TPI is 45-50psi with no vacuum at the diaphram. You set it by unplugging the vac line with engine at idle or just KOEO.
