also as far as ecm tuning how hard is I've been told its not too hard but then again thats a opinion. what would i need to be able like flash it like the obd2 would mega squirt be easier to tune for a novice like my self thanks i really appreciate any advice you guys got 

To use it you get to keep the stock '92 TBI harness. Under the hood splice the TPS, IAC, and injector connectors on in place of the stock ones. Can use a 1, 2, or 3-bar MAP sensor. 1-bar is stock and on the vehicle now. 2-bar is good to 15 psi, and 3-bar is good to 30 psi of boost.
Can also do away with the cold start injector on the TPI. And, can use or not continue to use the VATs system.

thanks rbob now im still a little lost i have a entire 88 iroc in my grage im stripin for parts im on long island and there is no one here that tunes obd1 so i wnat to have a ecm that i can bring to a dyno tunner and get my car tuned what would i need from dynamic efi to do this and this would be in place of my stock ecm or what im so confeused
