TPI gasket
Hey guys,
Stupid me bent my sunners trying to get them off and cant get them to line up perfectly with the plenum. Would it be ok to put some gasket maker like *the right stuff* between the runners and plenum?

If the runners themselves are bent that's a problem. A thicker gasket may not seal it up perfectly. What year is your car? I have a nice set of 89 TPI runners for 50 bucks if you're interested, a couple small dents, but they are super straight. I'll throw in a new set of tpi gaskets for free if you buy the runners. Lemme know.

Ill let you know. Right now I am just bending them back into shape and fixing all the dings. If it does not work I will get back to you. I have a 1990 iroc
