Thanks in advance for the help. I have searched the forums and am still confused.
Pic #1- What is this and where does the rubber hose go to?
Pic #2- This line runs from the Vac ball and the CC servo and I know it is supposed to go to the HVAC line from the firewall. Don't I also need to T it off and send it to (pic #3)? If not, what goes to Pic #3?

1.Supplies vac to make power brakes work
Brake booster line goes to fitting at drv side rear of plenum .
( the steel pipe shown in pic below. Vette one shown; F-Body may be different )

Line from empty port on plenum ( pic 3 ) should run to a one way valve where it splits.
Rear port on valve goes inside to HVAC controls.
Side port connects to the hose you mention that runs to vac ball and CC

I have two hard plastic lines running from the same place the HVAC should. One is about 2-3 inches long and the other is about a foot. The one that is about a foot is what pic #2 was originally hooked to. Is that correct?

 

The plastic lines went to the port that now has the rubber hose going to the reg on it .
Lines supplied vac to other items

Once again Vette TPI shown but F -Body TPI has similar setup
