Fuel hose from sending unit to fuel lines on 1991 L98... what size?

I crawled under my car this afternoon and verified how everything between the hard lines on the sending unit and the hard lines on the car itself. Looks like it's just standard fuel hose.

There are 4 lines coming off of my sending unit. Does anyone know what size(s) hose it is? I'd like to replace it when I swap my tank.

Thanks!

Feed is 3/8, Return 5/16, Vent 3/8, EVAP 5/16

EFI cars have saginaw fittings crimped on the ends of the rubber lines. Not something you can find at a corner store

So can I not just replace them with EFI hose and clamps??

Its not recommended. EFI operates at a higher pressure and the risk of the hose sliding off the smooth line is present regardless of how many people do it. A junkyard is a good place to find replacements. If your length is custom, try a hydraulic company

Maybe I'll try taking the old ones to a hyd. company and see what they can do - My new sending unit has the rib around the end of hose to keep the hose on the 3 lines, and the 4th line has a threaded nut/whatever on it (I'm guessing for the fuel filter?).
