need some help, have a 87 iroc tpi did a vortec conversion had the car apart for about 9 months to paint engine compartment. built a 5.7l engine with vortec heads edlebrock tpi intake purchased injectors from injector connection bocsh design 3 24 lbs engine is in wired complete done ready to go but will no start.
heres what what i have checked
injectors test at .015 oms check them all same reading
injectors click with a jumper and a 9v battery
rented a noid light has pulse when you turn over the engine
has fuel presure 40lbs max when i jumped the fuel pump and jumpes to about 39 when the key is turned on and the new relay clicks.
replaced the coil with one i know works came with the car
igninition has spark from about 1/4'' away from headers using a screw driver.
tps is set at 0.54 with wot of 4.30 or so.
when it turns over sounds like it wants to start if i spray brake cleaner or just recently start fluid it sound more like it wants to start but nothing.
i purchased this car running so i know the ecm is good

 

Is the valve timing correct?

Is dist timing correct

Any codes showing?

 

time chain is set striaght up mark to mark on sprockets i am sure double checked that before installing timing cover.
dist timing wires are correct double checked that yesterday 18436572
timing mark at tdc both vales at cyl #1 closed rocker loose rotor pointing to #1 cylinder roter cap and wire at #1 cylinder checked clockwise rotation wires correct 18436572?
maybe the spark is not good enough i am thinking of replacing the ignition module inside the dist and a new battery? what do you think

 

are your valves adjusted right?
