new to the TPI, need some HP Help

Hi, i am new here but i recently bought a 1980 camaro that has a tpi 355 in it. The car has full exhaust true dual, long tube headers and no cats. As far i know it is running a zz9 cam with ported 083 cast iron cylinders heads. The TPI manifold is stock, i was wondering what would be my best move from here to gets some decent HP out of this bad boy? Also, it has custom wiring harness from TPIS, i am a little stuck on deciding if i should scrap the heads and intake or just the intake and i am thinking about some 1.6 rockers as well.

If you are dealing with stock TPI no amount of engine/exh changes will do much until you upgrade the intake
Do a search in TPI dept
Many previous post on TPI mods

HSR (holley stealth ram) or a TPIS mini-ram would be your best bet... It's far cheaper than fully porting your plenum, buying ported SLP runners and getting a ported intake or buying a TPIS big mouth intake... enjoy

Re: new to the TPI, need some HP Help

and when you do mod them you can get alot of HP without having to change too too much about them, simple bolt ons do alot for these motors,
