I'm an original owner. My car has been stored for 4 years while in grad school. Car will not run with MAF plugged. Unplugged it runs fine. No codes were thrown.
Planning on LS3 next year.
I've tried the usual suspects: replaced MAF relay; replaced fuel pump (walbro & racetronix wiring - needed for LS3 anyway); just replaced fuel injectors (those torx screws on the runners have tried my patience!). Had one leak, take apart, re-fit! Fuel pressure is great (49# with adj FPR).
My IAC and TPS are fairly new (before storage). Verified tight fit of intake for vacuum leaks even though this was not initial prob.

I'm reluctant to think it is the MAF (original MAF).

What am I missing? Forgot alot while in school
