Blowing Gauge Fuses/No Check engine Light

im in need of urgent help. I am trying to check my trouble codes but i Keep blowing 10 Amp gauge fuses right when i turn the key to accessory (ACC) mode.
-Also when i start it,i dont see the momentary "check engine light" flash..
HELP!?!

Which fuses are you blowing when turning to Accy?

Do they blow when turning the key to "run" as well?
