What is the correct HP for a BONE STOCK 305 TPI 5 Speed?

According to the 1987 specs listed on this site, the 305 TPI with the manual transmission was factory rated at 215 HP and 295 FP torque.

My 89 305 TPI made 189HP at the wheels when it was bone stock. I would think the 87 would be around 175 - 180 at the wheels.
