1986 305 TPI MAF Voltage too low

I have two 86 Irocs with TPI. I battled one for a while, to get the engine light off. Ended up with two new TPS, and new ECM. That car has been good to go for some time now.

I just restored my second Iroc, it has engine light on and shows MAF voltage too low.

My question is this, do I stand a risk of doing something to my other car, if I take parts off of it and try to figure out what is wrong with my current project. I have been reluctant to try switching the MAF, since it was such a pain to figure the other one out. Is there a risk I could damage my good MAF by putting it on other car.
