If i were to have my plenum ported with the stock runners and stock base will it make any noticable increase in power thanks

 

I would say not really do u have a 350 or 305 we need info ob your motor etc....

 

the car is 89 formula 350 only mods are ud pulleys cai and air foil 60000 orig miles and runs strong

 

Plenum volume is only going to affect throttle response, now if the runner ports are smaller than the runners, or the mouth smaller than the throttle body, you may see an improvement, but generally speaking unless those are restrictions even then you won't.
