New BBK AFPR. Now weak fuel pressure?
Ok ok before i get "adjust the damn thing!!" Let me tell you what's up.
I had a MAJOR issue with the stock regulator taking a dump. It was spitting fuel into my upper plenum and spewed out when I disconnected the vacuum line from the plenum. It came apart in three pieces when I removed it if that tells you anything, lol. Anyways, now it's gotten even harder to crank, sometimes I have to give it gas like an old carbed car before it will actually start. After it starts it runs like a champ. I adjusted the regulator with the vacuum line disconnected and it reads a solid 45 psi. When I plug the vacuum back in and running it reads about 35-37 psi and it seems a little "jumpy". When I give it throttle it will "rev" up to 45 then goes back to 35-37 psi. I'm kind of at a loss here. Does this mean I have a weak pump or do I need to adujst the regulator some more? Any help with this would be awesome.

What you have described, 35-37 with vac 45 w/o vac, sounds fine. The regulator is supposed to drop fuel pressure at high vacuum (idle and cruise) conditions and bump the pressure at low vacuum (high throttle) conditions.
