86 305 need help!
I have a 1986 Trans Am with a stock 305 on it. There are no mods to the engine.
Problems:
- Will not go over 4000 RPM
- Little throttle response
- Hunts for idle
- Running rich
It has brand new plugs and wires and distributor on it. The fuel pump is alright and it has a brand new fuel filter. I have unplugged the MAF and received the same results. Also the TPS checks out. I am running out of ideas and i want to be able to drive this car before the summers over so any help at all would be greatly appreciated
