85 TPI Injectors Reliable?

As i'm ohm checking my injectors because I have a rough idle, Ive gotten exactly 16.5 on the 4 injectors ive checked so far.

Are the injectors they used in the 85 LB9 more reliable than the Multec era? Should I just clean these and see what happens? I have 101k on the car if it matters...

The ohm reading on the injector doesn't tell you if the injector is working correctly. Just that it's working(maybe). 101k on a set of 1985 injectors is pretty good. You've definitely got your money's worth out of them. I can't say they are the cause of your rough idle, however, IMO you are over due for a set of injectors.

Im going to go thru and do plugs wires cap and rotor since I havent done them yet, then if its still acting the same (which om hoping rough idle is cured by then) I will look into a set of injectors.

Thanks for your input.

You need to upgrade to Bosh III injectors...They are way better!!!

F.I.C. has them. 19lbs for a 305 .
