Install on SLP runners

Ok so I am trying to install SLP's on an edelbrock intake and went to torque bolts to 19lbs on the bottom longer bolts it slipped. Am I correct at thinking maybe longer bolts. These are the ones I purchased http://tpiparts.net/inc/sdetail/560. I see SLP has there own. So I went out and bought some a little longer and they worked great. Also the two bolts that go behind the runners anyone know the size looks like I need to run out and get longer ones for those. Anyone have these issues? The threads should be good all new product.
