104224 crane cam Question
I was just wonering if i installed this powermax cam on my 89' 350 Trans am GTA with a 1.6 roller rocker, will there be any piston to valve clearance issues??? Or will it be better to just stick with a 1.5 roller rocker??? The bottom end is competely stock.

Re: 104224 crane cam Question
ran that cam a few years ago in my old l98 block.... with stock heads with no work done to them....just stick with 1.5 rockers... stock heads take about .470 and if i remember correctly the lift on that cam is .452 .465
that cam barely clears with 1.5 rockers..... switching to 1.6 rockers will cause a world of trouble...
