okay I bought this 1986 Iroc 305 TPI about 2 years ago and its been running bad since day 1. Its came a long way but it still is hard to start when cold(will run but idles extremely low, it lopes) when warm it will run OK but still not at full potential and if you floor it will hesitate( sounds like a quick misfire)then pick up and go. Heres what ive done so far. Replaced all possible vacum hoses which were falling apart along with valve cover gaskets throttle body gasket and all the other intake gaskets, Put a brand new EGR vavle(old one was bad), new bosch platinum plugs(old ones were full of suit)also made sure wires were in correct order, cleaned air filters, welded exhaust which was cracked, completley cleaned the throttle body and the plenum and spent many days looking over all the wiring and vucum lines making sure its all correct but the problem persists so i need help thanks.(im thinkin its the valves being off)
