ecm - injectors

i have a camaro with a 305 tpi all stock but it has a chip for a 350 in it would this make the car run lean or rich

A 350 chip in a 305 will be rich.

If this is the '89 the engine will end up running lean. The BLM will increase to add additional fuel.

The reason that it will be lean is that the injector flow constant in the calibration is higher. The ECM will calculate a smaller PW for the given airflow (from the MAF).

Of course this is assuming that the stock 19 #/hr injectors are still being used.
