Car: 89 IROC-Z 5.7
Engine: 5.7 TPI
Transmission: A/T
no pulse to injecters
OK i changed Fuel pump,coil,Pick up coil,plugs,wires,ICM, I went and got a set of noid light and NO lights come on when i try to start it... car will start some times.. i have taken ICM to autozone and ICM was BAD but put new on in and no change... car does have VATS.. Starting to get sick of car... 89 IROC-Z 5.7 K41000 miles.. has been sitting for a long time.. When car does run its doesnt have the POWER it should have....

Yea, these cars sure can be frustrating.
You might start by checking the fuel injector fuses in the fuse block. Also check the grounds by either: checking continuity (ohms) of the injector connector, or by inspecting the grounding bolt on the back of the head.
If all that checks out seems like it is a VATS issue.

I agree with skibum, I chased a no pulse issue for a week, turned out it was Vats. But it could be any one of the things that skibum listed.

Isnt there a ecm fuelpump fuse on the inner pass side in between the wheel an core support? check that guy also..

i had an issue very similar a while back and ended up being my distrubutor. i spent about $300 and 15 hours before finding that out. Just food for thought.

Verify that the ICM is pulsing (test light to + batt terminal, other end of test light to tach). If not, it could still be bad, or the dist could have issues...
The ECM pulses ground to the injectors. Verify that the injectors have + voltage with ign on. If not, chase that down.
If you have +, then you will need to check from ICM->ECM (not sure how)
