max hp/ftlbs can a 91 2 bolt handle

I would like some of your opinions on what you would do in my position. I am building up my 91 350 to have about 400hp (already have all the parts) and was hoping to not have to do any machining right away. but when they took it apart they found that it needed to have the cam bearings replaced. so I asked what it would be if they bored it .30 over (might as well while its getting machined). They said $1500 with everything done rotating assembly put in it ect. However I just found a 355 block 3970010 4 bolt main block that is already assembled for $500. should I stick it out with my original 2 bolt block or buy the older 4 bolt and just put the parts onto it?

-FIRST tpi intake
-LT4 roller cam and retro fit lifters
-180cc AFR aluminum heads
-1.5 roller rockers
-2055 hooker headers
-27lb bosche III injectors

Thanks very much,
Alex
