hey guys im putting a tpi system on my 305 i bought a system for 150 bucks off craigslist i got upper and lower intake with tubes complete wiring harness computer and distributor the guy said it came off a 86 camaro iroc z 305. what i need to know is what all sensors do i need to put on my 305 to get this to run i know i need a knock sensor and maf sensor but what else? also with it being a different 305 than the iroc motor will the maf sensor read with my stock 305 cam or do i need to get a stock 305 camaro tpi cam any help will be appriciated kinda new to the tpi systems thank you.

ok so i did some research and found out i need
MAF senor power relay and burnoff relay
knock sensor
coolant temp sensor
fuel pump and sending unit
fuel pump relay
is there anything im missing to get this to work thank you

 

If your car didn't come with a speed sensor, then you will need that.

If you go to my webpage ( see my signature) I have a page on my TPI swap. This is where I have downloaded lots of files and info. There is a spreadsheet with all of the parts I used, with cost, etc. Lots of other useful links there as well, including all my links to other websites.

You ECM with the MAF should be able to accommodate the cam with no issues.

For sensors, you will also need the TPS and IAC in the throttle body- may have been included with what you bought.
