well,you got yourself a multimeter? also start checking out that stuff we discussed. Get ecm /chip info, test/ohm your injectors,set your tps. look for any more codes after you clear the code 13. go from there

Just to verify, did you say that you have the problems also right after a cold-start, when your ECM is still running open-loop ?
The ECM isn't looking at the O2 sensor in open-loop, but it is looking at your CTS.
You said you thought your CTS is bad. Have you replaced that?
Why did you say that you thought your CTS was going bad? What indications? I might have missed it if you said.

How bout a fuel psi check??? Hows the fuel filter?
160 T-stat is fine in this car esp with iron heads. Put it back in, your car will be faster.
Def OHM check INJS esp if they have been sitting 4 awhile in a engine with the fuel lines open. Best bet is to get new ones.
Try to have a stock chip burned and set 4 lower fan temps. Ditch the hypercrap.

I guess I need to invest in some EFI diagnostic tools if I'm gonna keep a TPI car. Problem is I'm flat broke and out of work right now. $'s tight.
