305 tpi No start
here's the issue. I have done searches and there is no definative answers. in the searches I have found is there 12v to the injectors with the key on? Yes are you getting the injector pulse. that is the hard question. the answer is yes and now Drives bank is getting pulse checked with a noid light. and i getting pulse to the passenger side? no checked with noid light. are the injectors bad I don't think so Ohmed them out today. from what i read anything over ten is good well not sure why but they showed 23.? basicly across the board. not sure why the readings were so high. igniton control module well was it bad not sure but the distributor probably was the trigger for the injector pulse was rusted pretty bad and the distributor was hard to spin. so we replaced it today with a new one. check all fuses and there good. printed out a document that says check I can't remember off the top of my head dc16 and dc17 could have that wrong. they should have 12v with the key turned . what i do remember one was a dark green wire and the other was a blue wire in the middle ecm plug. the blue one had power figuring 12v the other didn't. i know the ecu from my readings to day has 2 drivers for the injectors so it is a posibility that the ecu is bad and only firing bank one which is inj1 inj2 bank 2 is not firing. also if i put starting fluid in the car it wil fire and run. i had to replace the fuelpump yesterday. I just picked up the car about a week ago. the pump was bad from sitting. so that was replaced i have plenty fuel pressure. checked spark i do have that i show no pulse on any injector on the passenger side. any suggestions. i hear alot about grounds are really important. the firewall one is fine. it looks like this has been a issue for the po because the injector plugs are numbered. when i got the car the computer was out of it on the front seat so i am thinking it is bad only working one bank withone driver.

well there was a fuse for inj2 that looked ok even with a light behind it but swapped it out and that did the trick

Very nice. A noid light set is also a great diag tool for this. They are lights that plug into your fuel inj. wiring harness and blink when they receive a pulse.
